Returns Policy
We like happy, satisfied customers. If a defective product is received or you have quality concerns beyond your control, please contact info@lashonline.co.za within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for it to be collected at customers cost. Once we have tested and inspected the product and validated the return, we will arrange a refund, store credit or exchange. After 7 days from delivery, all products are nonrefundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds will be credited back to your bank account via EFT. Exchanges can be arranged and shipping will be at the customers cost. Sale items can not be returned.

We are entitled to refuse an exchange if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories. We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.

All electronic devices will have a 3 month warrantee, from the day of receipt. No exchanges will be made after that period.

Received an incorrect order?
If you receive an incorrect order or items, please contact us at info@lashonline.co.za. We will arrange a collection and once inspected and validated, we will send you the correct order or items, refund or exchange at no cost to you.
